These terms apply to nexongerman.com and the Nexon German A1 app (“the app”), offered by Nexon German, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website, buying or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

The app is a digital German vocabulary trainer for the A1 level. It runs in your web browser. After a successful payment you get access to the full app through your welcome page.

2. Price and payment

• The price is shown on the website in Indian rupees (₹) at the time you buy. The current launch price is ₹499; the regular price is ₹1,999.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

3. Your licence

• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own learning.
• Please do not share, resell, copy or publish your access link or the app’s content. We may stop access that is shared or misused.
• The app, its design, word lists, games and texts belong to Nexon German.

4. What the app is and is not

• The app teaches vocabulary. It is not a full course and does not teach all grammar or exam skills.
• We cannot guarantee any exam result. Your result depends on your own preparation.
• Nexon German is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Goethe-Institut. The word list follows the topics of the Goethe A1 (Start Deutsch 1) vocabulary.
• German audio is produced by the text-to-speech voice of your device or browser, so sound quality can differ between phones.

5. Availability and progress

We work to keep the app online, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Your progress is saved in your browser on your device. If you clear your browser data or change phones, your progress may be lost; your access is not.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. See our cancellation & refund policy for the few cases in which we do refund.

7. Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
