Shipping & delivery policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

No physical shipping

The Nexon German A1 app is a digital product used in your web browser. Nothing is shipped to your address, and there are no shipping charges.

Instant delivery

After a successful payment you are taken straight to your welcome page, where a button opens the full app. You can use it on your phone or laptop right away. Razorpay also sends a payment receipt to your email.

If you don’t get access

If the welcome page did not open, for example because your internet connection dropped, contact us with your payment ID or the email or phone number you used. We will send you your access link by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
