This policy explains what information Nexon German (“we”, “us”) collects when you use nexongerman.com and the Nexon German A1 app, and how we use it. By using the website or the app you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Payment details: when you buy the app, our payment partner Razorpay collects your name, email address, phone number and payment information. We receive your name, email, phone number, the amount and the payment ID. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Messages: if you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
• Learning progress: your progress in the app (learned words, mistakes, XP, streak and settings) is saved only in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process your IP address and browser details to deliver the website safely.

How we use it

• To give you access to the app and confirm your payment
• To answer your questions and help with problems
• To keep records required by law, for example for tax and accounting
• To measure how well our ads work, if we use tools such as Meta Pixel. These tools may set cookies in your browser.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Nexon German: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Fonts (fonts) and, if used, Meta (ad measurement). Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep payment records for as long as the law requires. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you. Your app progress stays on your device until you clear your browser data.

Your choices

• You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can delete your app progress at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
• You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Children

If you are under 18, please use the website and buy the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
