Cancellation & refund policy

The Nexon German A1 app is a digital product. You get full access immediately after payment, so all sales are final. Please try the free demo on our home page before you buy.

Cancellation

Because access is given instantly, an order cannot be cancelled after the payment is successful. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel later.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Your payment was successful but you did not get access, and we could not fix it within 3 working days.

To ask for a refund in these cases, contact us within 7 days of the payment with your payment ID (it starts with pay_), or the email or phone number you used to pay.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.

Failed payments

If money was taken from your account but the payment failed, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us and we will help.
